Interventions

Randomized clinical trial with men with prostate cancer. Men between 55 and 80 years of age with localized prostate cancer will be included. Patients with metastatic cancer will be excluded. Eligible
Mini Mental State Examination to screen for cognitive deficits
International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire - Short Form, to characterize urinary losses and their impact on quality of life
Male Genital Self-Image Scale, which assesses male genital self-image
Sexual Health Inventory for Men used to assess and assess the effectiveness of treatment for erectile dysfunction and the Expanded Prostate Cancer Index Composite, to assess the impact of radical pros

Inclusion criteria: Men between 55 and 80 years of age; localized prostate cancer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with metastatic cancer

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that the group that received pre- and postoperative physiotherapy would have less urinary incontinence (assessed by the International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire - Short Form) than the postoperative group.;The group receiving pre and postoperative physiotherapy is expected to have less erectile dysfunction (assessed by the Sexual Health Inventory for Men) than the postoperative group.
