The present work will be carried out in the form of a randomized clinical trial, in which group A will be submitted to ultrasound-guided superficial cervical plexus block with 10 ml of 0.5% ropivacain

Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 74 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients aged between 18 and 74 years who are admitted to the Governador Celso Ramos Hospital with a clavicle fracture and indication for surgical approach will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who refuse to participate and patients with a body mass index greater than 40 kg / m2 will be excluded from the study

MeasureTime frame
We hope to find better analgesia on the verbal pain scale in the group that combines the superficial cervical plexus block plus clavipectoral block.—

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
We hope to find less morphine consumption in the post anesthesia care room in the group that combines the superficial cervical plexus block plus clavipectoral block.—
