The present work will be carried out in the form of a randomized clinical trial, in which group A will be submitted to ultrasound-guided superficial cervical plexus block with 10 ml of 0.5% ropivacain

Eligibility
Age
18 Years to 74 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients aged between 18 and 74 years who are admitted to the Governador Celso Ramos Hospital with a clavicle fracture and indication for surgical approach will be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who refuse to participate and patients with a body mass index greater than 40 kg / m2 will be excluded from the study
