Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: University students; aged between 18 and 30 years old; from public and private institutions in the city of Parnaíba-PI; of both genders; who are currently attending university; scoring = 15 points on the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM A); answering negatively to all questions on the non-invasive techniques screening instrument
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having a history of seizures, epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, or unexplained loss of consciousness; having a diagnosis of any neurological and/or cognitive conditions; currently being prescribed antipsychotic, hypnotic, or sedative medications; abusing/being dependent on substances, excluding tobacco and/or caffeine; having metallic implants in the body, such as pacemakers; presenting with skin diseases
