Eligibility

Age

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Angle Class II; permanent dentition; age between 11 to 17 years; permanent second molars in occlusion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who present syndromes; skeletal asymmetries; need for dental extractions; decayed teeth or absent; agenesis (except the third molar)

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Dentoeskeletal changes should occur with the treatment protocol established. Among them, it is expected to obtain: total reduction of overjet (milimeters) to normality parameter (1 to 3mm). The changes will be evaluated in millimeters, in two moments: Initial (T0) and after the correction of Class II (T1), through CBCT and Digital Models

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluation of root resorption of the upper incisors and the correlation with proximity to the incisor foramen. After the treatment, the maintenance of the root length of the upper incisors is expected
