Age
18 Years to 58 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults both sexes aged 18 to 58 years; Have high blood pressure; Living in the city of Two Neighbors, Paraná; Be registered at the facility where they will be data collection; Achieve the minimum score on the Mini-Mental State Examination; Being partially dependent and independent as the functional scale of instrumental activities of daily living.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women; People planning to change your address to another coverage area or city.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Control of blood pressure levels achieved by blood pressure values below 130 / 85mmHg, measured at baseline and after 12 months (T0 e T2).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Maintenance and / or reduction in body mass index, assessed by recommended values for healthy weight between 18.5-24.9 kg / m2. Reviewed at T0 and T2.;Maintenance and / or reduction in waist circumference, measured as measures established as normal: up to 102 cm for men and up to 88 cm for women, measured at T0 and T2.;Improved adherence to drug treatment, as assessed by reduction of scores of Brief Medication Questionnaire, measured at T0 and T2.;Improve quality of life, measured by the reduction of the values obtained by Mini Quality of Life Questionnaire in Hypertension, valued at T0 and T2.
