Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improved range of motion and muscular architecture (Pen angle and fascicle length), assessed by ultrasonography and improvement in the passive torque evaluated in the isokinetic dynamometer. Data collected before, after six weeks, 12 weeks and in detraining.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Change in the affective perception of the subjects to the training of stretching measured by verbal scale (Feeling Scale). Measured throughout the intervention.
