| Secondary 1: BDNF assessment: as a biochemical marker for the variable mood state, the brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BNDF) will be used, as this biomarker is able to identify changes in neural plasticity and mood state (CASTREN; KOJIMA, 2017).;Secondary 2: Assessment of sleep quality: the Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index will be used to measure sleep quality, validated for the Brazilian population (BERTOLAZI et al., 2011). The questionnaire consists of 9 questions about the subject's sleep in the last week.;Secondary 3: Assessment of basic and instrumental activities of daily living: to assess basic activities of daily living (BADL), such as bathing, dressing, going to the bathroom, lying down and getting out of bed/chair, eating, urinating and/or evacuating will be used the scale of Katz et al. To assess instrumental activities of daily living (IADL), such as using the telephone, using means of transport, shopping, cleaning the house, washing clothes, taking care of money and taking medication, the Lawton and Brody (1969) scale will be used.;Secondary 4: Assessment of maximum oxygen consumption (VO2max): to estimate the maximum oxygen consumption (VO2max), the 6-minute walk test will be used. This test was selected because it is a good predictor for this variable in adults aged 18 to 80 years (DOURADO et al., 2021) and for adults aged 19 to 75 years (MÄNTTÄRI et al., 2018).;Secondary 5: Anamnesis: the anamnesis consists of questions to describe the characteristics of the participants, such as age, gender, physical activity, as well as questions about factors that may influence the research, such as recent psychological trauma. The instrument was adapted from the anamnesis of Andrade (2014) and will have the addition of the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) in order to verify whether the elderly are able to practice physical exercise (LAUX, 2021b).;Secondary 6: Anthropometric Assessment: the instruments used to collect anthropometric data o | — |
