Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 35 years of age; have orofacial pain; sign the Free and Informed Consent Form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of allergies to the use of bandages; facial malformation; neurological alteration; neurodegenerative disease; skin lesion in the area where the bandage will be applied; using analgesics, muscle relaxants, antidepressants or anti-inflammatory drugs; gluten intolerance; not performing the requested activities; removing the bandage before the stipulated time; not attending any of the evaluations

| It is expected to find a decrease in pain intensity after 24 hours of use of the kinesiology tape, verified by means of pain intensity on palpation on the visual analogue scale, based on the observation of a reduction in pre- and post-intervention scores;It is expected to find an increase in the measures of mandibular mobility, after 24 hours of use of the bandage, verified by means of a caliper, from the observation of a variation of at least 1 mm in the range of mobility of the mandible in the opening, protrusion and mandibular lateralization;It is expected to find a reduction in the electrical activity of the masseter muscle, after 24 hours of use of the bandage, verified by means of surface electromyography, from the observation of variation in the amplitude of the electrical activity in the pre- and post-intervention measurements | — |
