Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both genders; minimum age of 18; nursing professionals with at least three months work in the unit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nursing professionals who are away for various reasons (vacation, leave, health, pregnancy); those who are merely replacing another professional in the unit

MeasureTime frame
Assessment of well-being by measuring the effect of reiki on the subjective well-being of nursing professionals, and for this purpose the Subjective Well-Being Scale will be applied
