Age
18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both genders; age group equal to or greater than 18 years; hospitalized patients for the first liver transplant; patients who have clinical conditions to receive health guidelines during hospital discharge.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing liver transplantation concomitantly with any other organ; patients who underwent retransplantation.
