Interventions
Control group: 30 (thirty) patients will receive conventional physiotherapy consists of the following interventions:
- Guidelines: posture, deep breath, chest protection, encouraging the return of dai
- Breathing exercises
- Exercises of elbows, shoulders, hips and knees
- Use of oxygen when needed.

Age
18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective coronary artery bypass surgery in the proposed period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Use of intra-aortic balloon or other invasive device inserted by femoral artery;Surgical reintervention immediate postoperative period; Perioperative death; Prolonged Hospitalization above 10 days
