60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individual from 60 to 85 years old; both sexes; untrained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute or terminal musculoskeletal disease; cardiovascular disease; unstable cardiovascular condition; recent history of acute myocardial infarction

Increase of muscular strength by means of the test evaluation of 1 maximal repetition, from the observation of a variation of at least 5% in the pre- and post-intervention measurements;Increased functional capacity, through the functional sit-up test, based on a variation of at least 5% in pre and post-intervention measurements
