Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Medical students from Universidade do Grande Rio Professor José de Souza Herdy (UNIGRANRIO); both genders; own a smartphone with WhatsApp® and internet access; aged 18 years or older; provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous diagnosis of decompensated psychiatric disorders; inability to attend in-person sessions
