Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find a reduction in anxiety and stress levels, assessed using the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) (a=0.93) and the Perceived Stress Scale – PSS-14 (a=0.84), applied in the pre- and post-intervention moments, considering the significant reduction in the average scores between the intervention and control groups, as analyzed by the Generalized Estimating Equations (GEE) model with Bonferroni adjustment (p = 0.05).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find an increase in well-being at work in the intervention group – Assessed by the Well-Being at Work Inventory (IBET-13) (a=0.91), applied in the pre- and post-intervention moments, considering a significant increase in the average scores between the intervention and control groups (p = 0.05, GEE with Bonferroni).;It is expected to find an increase in the capacity for mindfulness in the intervention group, assessed by the Five Facets of Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ), validated in Brazil by Barros et al. (2014), with internal consistency ranging from a=0.75 to 0.89. Applied in the pre- and post-intervention moments, considering a significant increase in the average scores between the intervention and control groups (p = 0.05, GEE with Bonferroni).;It is expected to find a reduction in blood pressure, heart rate and body temperature values ??in the intervention group, measured according to the gold standard technique with calibrated equipment, applied before and after the intervention, considering statistically significant differences between the groups (p = 0.05, GEE with Bonferroni).
