Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with clinical diagnosis of chronic non-specific low back pain; Age greater than 18 years and less than 40 years; Both sexes; That they do not present another pathology in the vertebral column.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Carriers of systemic diseases; that they are performing another type of treatment; individuals with neurological disorders; with diagnosis of; vascular disease and metabolic disease; with the presence of neoplasias; That they are in effect of any anti-inflammatory or analgesic drug by prescription or self-medication; individuals who score on the Visual Analogue Scale less than 2;and those that do not fit the inclusion criteria.

| To assess the level of pain and the multidimensional aspect of pain in patients with chronic non-specific back pain.;Identify by means of thermographic images the peripheral blood vascularization of the lumbar region - To quantify and analyze the level of functional incapacity of patients with chronic non-specific low back pain, using the Roland Morris questionnaire - Evaluate patients' quality of life, correlated their respective domains with pain - Evaluate the electrical activity of the spinal erector muscles - Compare and correlate the variables mentioned above before and after the application of the protocol of treatment, with laser and Pilates or the combination of both. | — |
