This study is a three-arm, randomized, double-blind, controlled clinical trial. To ensure blinding, both the participants and the assessor will remain unaware of the assigned conditions. Randomization

Age
18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: not engaging in any other type of physical activity; not consuming caffeine-based supplements or any substance that alters metabolism; adults; both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have functional limitations or medical conditions that may compromise your health or confuse the results of the study; be pregnant or breastfeeding; have abnormal fluid accumulation (edema), especially in the lower limbs
