Age
6 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Phase 1: Individuals with no diagnosis of cognitive and / or neuromotor disorders; 6 to 12 years old; appropriate cooperation for the performance of the procedures; consent to participate in the research by signing the consent form. Phase 1, 2 and 3: diagnosis of DS; ability to understand and collaborate to perform the procedures involved in the study; ; cognitive age between 6 and 12 years defined by the WASI (abbreviated Wechsler Intelligence Scale) scale; consent to participate in the research by signing the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All stages: children who have undergone surgical procedures in the last 12 months prior to the start of training sessions; children who have structured orthopedic deformities in the upper limbs or spine with surgical indications; carriers of uncontrolled epilepsy; presence of metal implants in the brain; hearing aids; associated neurological pathology; make use of a cardiac pacemaker.

Analysis of brain activity with electroencephalogram, muscle activity with electromyography and three-dimensional kinematic analysis during a manual reach motor task with virtual reality in a touch screen monitor game.;brain activity analysis with electroencephalogram, muscle activity with electromyography and three-dimensional kinematic analysis during a hand-held virtual reality motor task in pre, post and 1 month touch screen monitor after 10 hand-held virtual reality motor task sessions in touch screen monitor game associated with transcranial direct current stimulation in the F3 region of the anode cortex and cathode deltoid individuals with Down Syndrome.

Correlation of parameters obtained from data of three-dimensional evaluation of movement kinematics, with muscle activity of electromyography and brain activity with electroencephalogram.;to evaluate the normality pattern of the parameters obtained from data of the three-dimensional evaluation of movement kinematics, with electromyographic muscle activity and brain electroencephalogram activity among typically developing children and children with Down syndrome; Correlation of parameters obtained from three-dimensional evaluation of movement kinematics, with muscle activity of electromyography and brain activity with electroencephalogram with the effects of transcranial stimulation in DS individuals; possible adverse effects of transcranial anodic direct current stimulation applied during 20 minutes of 1mA intensity training in SD children; effects on SD individuals of different types of assemblies using active tDCS during the proposed task.
