Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patient should be aged between 20 and 59 years old and be a kidney transplantation patient for at least six months. Patients should be attended in University Hospital of Federal University of Maranhão, have a medical record number, systolic and diastolic blood pressure lower than 180 mmHg and 110 mmHg, respectively, serum hemoglobin greater than 9 g / dL, glycated hemoglobin (HbAlc) less than 11 percent and be able to practice physical exercise through release of responsible nephrologist medical.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, congestive heart failure, active coronary disease and recent acute myocardial infarction and / or patients with some contraindication to performing physical exercise.
