Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women with insomnia; aged 18 to 47
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women who are already in the menopausal transition, that is, with an irregular menstrual cycle; women who declare that they have practiced some form of meditation and/or cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) in the last 2 months; women who have used medication for sleep and/or anxiety in the last month, such as: benzodiazepines, antihistamines, hypnotics, hypnotic herbal medicines, sedatives, antidepressants, antipsychotics, stimulants (amphetamine and modafinil) and corticosteroids; shift workers and illiterate participants
