Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students aged 18 or over; followed courses Physical Education; Physiotherapy; Nutrition; Psychology; Social Work; Occupational Therapy at the Federal University of São Paulo; minimum score of thirteen points on the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale; or risk of suicide; or suicide attempt by the International Neuropsychiatric Mini Interview

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students who do not agree to participate in the intervention

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find effects of the online intervention with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in the reduction of symptoms of depression, evaluated by the DASS-21, based on the variation of at least 5% in the pre- and post-intervention and follow-up.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find effects of the online intervention with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in the reduction suicidal ideation, evaluated by the MINI-DSM-IV, based on the variation of at least 5% in the pre- and post-intervention and follow-up.
