Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Maximum Resistance Test (MRI) will be performed on the extension chair, where the maximum load will be found, being the largest load mobilized without concentric muscle failure, after 24 hours the MRI of each individual was found in four series with the maximum number of possible repetitions, with 50% of the maximum load, and the interval between the series will be 45 seconds, the time of each series will be recorded as well as the number of repetitions. It is expected to observe gains in resistance with the use of electrostimulation and to verify if there are differences between groups 2 and 4 ms | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Testing on the heels platform is performed only with the ability of skeletal muscle groups to generate force, without the use of the elongation-shortening cycle. The aim will be to determine the number of jumps that the participant can perform correctly and without failure for one minute. | — |
