Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in body fat percentage, measured by calculating the body mass index, body weight analyzed using a digital scale, subcutaneous fat analysis through the clinical adipometer at the beginning and end of the study

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of anthropometric measurements after 10 whole-body vibration treatment sessions, verified by perimetry from skinfold smoothing measured by a clinical adipometer, reduction of body fat percentage through bioimpedance analysis using a digital weight scale body and BMI;No reduction in anthropometric measurements after 10 whole-body vibration treatment sessions, verified by perimetry from skinfold smoothing measured by a clinical adipometer, reduction of body fat percentage by bioimpedance analysis using a digital scale body weight and BMI
