Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Truck drivers with a clinical diagnosis of systemic arterial hypertension; who have a mobile phone with WhatsApp and Internet access.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Truck drivers who do not have a clinical diagnosis of systemic arterial hypertension; who do not have a cell phone; who do not have access to the internet; who have cognitive changes.

MeasureTime frame
Improve knowledge about high blood pressure after educational intervention through educational videos. Increase the level of knowledge to a value equal to or above seven points, which is equivalent to 70% of knowledge about the aforementioned pathology (for this purpose, a specific validated form will be used to verify knowledge before and after the educational intervention);—

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Increase the level of adherence to antihypertensive treatment (pharmacological and non-pharmacological) to the score of 110 points. For this, a specific validated form will be used to verify adherence before and after the educational intervention through educational videos.—
