Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals of both sexes; aged between 18 and 35 years; presenting a Body Mass Index between 18 and 24.9 kg/m² (normal weight) and between 25 and 29.9 kg/m² (overweight); with no contraindications to physical activity, but not currently engaged in regular physical exercise; without any osteoarticular or muscular injuries, as well as no respiratory or cardiac impairments that would prevent participation in physical activity; presenting medical clearance authorizing participation in vigorous exercise; being physically inactive, as determined by the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ); and having availability to participate in the training program three times per week, with sessions lasting one hour.

| It is expected that LDL levels will decrease by up to 10% and HDL levels will increase by approximately 5% after calisthenics intervention in physically inactive individuals of normal weight and overweight.;Improvements of up to 5% are expected in heart rate variability (HRV) parameters, as verified by the non-invasive measurement method using heart rate monitors on heart rate straps.;It is expected that you will find increases of approximately 10% in muscle strength, measured through the one-repetition maximum (1RM) test in the guided squat. | — |
