Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers; both sexes; aged 60 or over; with a Montreal Cognitive Assessement test score greater than 22 points
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with disabling and / or neurodegenerative diseases; not literate.
