This is a two-arm, double-blind randomized controlled clinical study, randomization will be carried out by a computerized method, using Program R version 4.0.3, including 100 patients divided into two

18 Years to 44 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women of childbearing age; between 18 and 44 years old, and that the collection of their eggs must be carried out until the age of 41; who have already undergone in vitro fertilization (IVF) or Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) and have had implantation failure; who have frozen embryos and wish to transfer them; who agree to participate in the research after reading and signing the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Daily use of medications (anti-inflammatories and muscle relaxants); women undergoing treatments for psychiatric illnesses

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Ultrasound characteristics of the endometrium.;Implantation rate and clinical pregnancy.;It is expected to find a reduction in the patient's level of anxiety after the end of the cycle, based on the observation of a variation of at least 5% in the pre- and post-intervention measurements

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to verify the abortion rate, based on the observation of a variation of at least 5% in post-intervention measurements;It is expected to analyze what the patient's quality of life was like before treatment based on the analysis of the questionnaire score
