Age
40 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Be registered in the Basic Health Unit as a person diagnosed with Diabetes Mellitus type 2; minimum age of 40 years; both genders; have availability to attend consultations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Do not move to the Health Unit for consultations; Cognitive impairment and \ or hearing referred by the health team.
