Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers with reported cardiorespiratory and / or endocrine disorders; individuals using drugs that alter cardiac autonomic regulation; smokers; women between 11th to 15th or 21st to 25th day after the first day of the last menstrual cycle; those who drank alcohol or caffeine 24 hours before collection and those with a BMI above 25.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The hypothesis of the study in question is that the relaxation technique (Autogenic Training of Schultz) intensifies the effects of anxiolytic drugs, causing greater Heart Rate Variability. This verification is done through the Polar PróTrainer 5 and e-Sense Skin Response equipment, responsible for recording cardiac autonomic activity. This analysis is done in two moments, one with the application of the relaxation technique and the other without this application, and both moments with the ingestion of the anxiolytic medication.

Secondary

Secondary outcomes are not expected.
