Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals of both sexes; over 18 years of age; with a confirmed diagnosis of heart failure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are using flower remedies or undergoing intervention studies

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the change in self-care of individuals with heart failure after intervention with Bach Flower Remedies, measured using the Self-Care of Heart Failure Index (SCHFI v6.2) scale, adapted for Brazil.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess health-related quality of life in individuals with heart failure after intervention, using the Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire, considering both physical and emotional domains.
