Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 60 and 75 years old; Be able to communicate, walk and lie down on the ground safely, even with assistance; Availability to participate in activities proposed by the researcher at the times offered for practice.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those with central or peripheral neurological diseases will be excluded; Musculoskeletal or cardiovascular disorders contraindicated to the practice; Surgical procedures in the last six months contraindicated to the practice; Hypertension without drug control; Extreme obesity; Absence of medical release for the practice of physical activity; Not being vaccinated against Covid-19 and H1N1; Present conditions that compromise the physical assessments or that may be aggravated by the intervention protocol; History of myocardial infarction in the last 6 months; Have a cardiac pacemaker; Having total or partial arthroplasty (since it interferes with positioning oneself on the ground); Having osteosynthesis (in cases of risk of new trauma); If there is an obligation to use a face mask for individual protection during the intervention period, refuse to use it; Having suffered a fracture or muscle injury in the last 6 months that has not been rehabilitated;
