This is a quasi-experimental study employing both quantitative and qualitative approaches and a pre- and post-intervention design, to be conducted in the clinical inpatient unit of Hospital de Amor. T
s effect on spirituality. There will be no control group. The intervention will be conducted in three stages: pre-intervention (administration of the Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy –
additionally, patients will be contacted after four weeks to evaluate the long-term effects of the intervention.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Volunteers of both genders; aged over 18 years; patients with advanced cancer undergoing oncological treatment concomitant with Palliative Care; ability to read and communicate in Brazilian Portuguese; preserved cognitive capacity; diagnosis of advanced oncological disease; with life expectancy of less than 6 months; functional status compatible with the intervention; ECOG lower than or equal to 3; Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) higher than or equal to 40; have access to an electronic device (telephone cell phone, tablet or computer) with an internet connection that allows video calls
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Significant cognitive or psychiatric impairment; dementia; psychotic condition; delirium; severe neurological impact; severe depressive disorder or other mood symptoms
