Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Being breastfed; Age equal or superior to 18 years; Protactile nipples with presence of pain and trauma in the nipple-aréolar region No use of any topical agent, shell or silicone intermediate in the breasts Be resident in the urban area of the municipality
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previous history or presence of malignant pathologies in the breasts; Presence of pacemaker;Reporting of photosensitivity or any adverse reactions to exposure to sunlight; Presence of cognitive deficit

| After irradiation of the low-intensity laser, the healing of the mammillary lesions caused by breastfeeding and consequently the reduction in pain reported by the patients during breastfeeding are expected.
