Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers; both sexes; aged between 18 and 75 years; the region for at least a year; participating in some action linked to the Center of Excellence in Early Childhood for at least 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects diagnosed with some mental illness and in treatment of mental illness

Presentation of the expected outcome increased self-pity at the end of the intervention and maintenance of the index with a variation of 5% after 3 months; Validated self-pity scale Souza LK, Hutz CS;Increase in the positive affect score by 5% above the mean and maintenance of the same at the end of the intervention; Reduction of negatives by 5% and maintenance of reduction by 5% at the end of the intervention; PANAS-X Adapted (Positive Affect Negative Affect Scale) Zanon, C. & cols;Reduction of stress below the national average that is 17 points at the end of the intervention and maintenance after 3 months of the end;
