70 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be aged 70 years or older; both genders; practitioners of physical exercise; obtain a score higher than the 25-point cutoff point of the Mini Mental State Examination

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The individual cannot have previous diagnoses of diseases or serious physical and mental deficits which prevent participation in the research stages

Expected outcome 1: It is expected to find a score of 112 points on the STROOP test, 12 points on the Physical Performance Battery, 90 points on the Inventory of attitudes towards technology, 120 points on the WhoqolOld and 35 points on the Life Satisfaction Scale.;Outcome found 1: The following mean scores of 80 points on the STROOP test, 10 points on the Physical Performance Battery, 60 points on the Inventory of attitudes towards technology, 81 points on the WhoqolOld and 29 points on the Satisfaction Scale with life.
