Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals of both genders; with anteroposterior discrepancy between the maxilla and mandible, caused by maxillary retrognathism, mandibular protrusion, or a combination of both, clinically evaluated through facial analysis (nasolabial angle, chin neck line and angle) and cephalometrically through the ANB angle and Witts analysis; with Angle Class III malocclusion or Class III subdivision; with mixed or early permanent dentition; those who underwent orthodontic treatment with maxillary expansion and traction
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with decayed teeth and periodontal compromise; with cleft lip or palate and patients with special needs; those who had not undergone the exams after the treatment or the observation period
