Isokinetic Training Group: 15 individuals with Parkinson's disease (Hoehn and Yahr II and /or III) who will perform a warm-up, training in the isokinetic dynamometer of the flexor and extensor knee mu

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Idiopathic PD diagnosed by a neurologist physician according to the CBCL, aged 50 to 72 years, stage II and / or III, according to the Hoehn and Yahr scale; Individuals who do not present with dementia verified by the ACE-R scale; Ability to wander and stand independently and safely.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with PD who do not follow the prescription regarding the established medicines; Persons with PD who are in the practice of regular physical activity in the 02 months before the beginning of the study and those who have a physical activity time of more than 06 months; To present osteomioarticular, neurological and cardiovascular conditions, among other conditions that present medical contraindication for the practice of training that involves strength; Extreme obesity (> 40); Uncontrolled hypertension (> 150/90 mmHg); Have suffered a myocardial infarction in the last 12 months or have a cardiac pacemaker; Have suffered a fracture or muscle injury in the last 12 months; Have undergone total or partial knee arthroplasty or osteosynthesis of any nature; Those who present 2 consecutive absences or 03 in the total of the proposed treatment.
