Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate women with chronic low back pain in order to find the decrease or cessation of low back pain as an outcome through the exercise method that was proposed for 5 weeks with a frequency of three times a week. We will use the Visual Analog Scale and the Oswestry Questionnaire, section 1, to verify that the outcome actually occurred.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate kinesiophobia in women with chronic low back pain in order to find as an outcome the reduction of this kinesiophobia and we will use the Tampa Kinesiophobia Scale to verify if the outcome really occurred.;To evaluate the practice of physical exercise in women with chronic low back pain in order to find as an outcome the relationship between the amount of physical activity performed by them. We will use the International Physical Activity Questionnaire to verify if the outcome actually occurred.;To characterize the functional and socioeconomic profile of women with chronic low back pain through the initial evaluation form of the study. We will use descriptive analysis to visualize the components.;To measure disability in women with chronic low back pain in order to find its decrease as an outcome and we will use the instrument called the Owestry Disability Index to verify if the outcome really occurred.;Assess individuals' fears and beliefs about work and physical activities with the Fear-Avoidance Beliefs Questionnaire.
