Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Presentation of the expected outcome (Assess the applicability of the flowchart as a guide in the clinical practice of breastfeeding in premature newborns; It is hoped to improve the management of the main breastfeeding problems among premature newborns; Wishes to contribute to a complete assessment of all diagnostic hypotheses and consequently the possibilities for intervention). For data analysis (the correct answers will be scored when the professional describes his management after having analyzed all the evaluation needs presented in the flowchart, considering all the possibilities of conduct presented for that situation, correcting the necessary actions reaching the correct clinical management) . The total number of correct and incorrect questions with and without the use of the flowchart will be analyzed and transferred to a statistical program (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences - SPS version 20.0). Descriptive analysis will be used to characterize the two groups (Homogeneity between groups will be verified using the Chi-square test and the comparison of data will be used using Student's t test). | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| It is expected as secondary outcomes (Consider the diversification of conduct presented, the disregard of scientific evidence and the number of possibilities of interventions described during the evaluation; Consider performance in solving the two groups under study, their proportion of correct answers in solving cases and the complexity of clinical management in the face of problems; Analyze management failures with professional assessment; Analyze acceptability and motivation regarding the use of the flowchart).
