Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male and female individuals; aged between 60 and 79 years old; with balance changes, previously diagnosed by a specialist doctor (otolaryngologist, neurologist or geriatrician).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Elderly unable to understand and respond to simple verbal commands; unable to remain independently in the standing position; in use of walking aids; with severe or uncompensated visual impairment with corrective lens use; with orthopedic disorders that result in limited movement; use of lower limb prostheses; have performed body balance rehabilitation in the last six months.

| It is expected to find a decrease in fear of falling after 16 sessions, verified by the Falls Efficacy Scale – International from an increase of at least 15 points in the final result of the scale.;It is expected to find an improvement in dizziness perception and symptomatology after 16 sessions, verified by the Dizziness Handicap Inventory Scale, from a decrease of at least 20 points in the final result of the scale. | — |
