Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adolescents aged between 11 and 17 years. Being regularly enrolled in one state public schools in Guarapuava-PR. For the exposed group: being a member of the AETE sports training program in any of the offered modalities (futsal, basketball, volleyball, handball, track and field, or table tennis). For the control group: being a regular student at the same educational institution but not participating in the AETE program
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Youth enrolled in the AETE program for less than 60 days. Pregnant adolescents. Students who decline to participate in the study or whose guardians do not authorize their participation
