Age
40 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with knee primary osteoarthritis in which conservative measures have failed. Age through 30 to 90 years; both genders; non-smoking; with no morbidity obesity (BMI above 40).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: secondary osteoarthritis, major deformities (above 20 degrees in the coronal plane); joint stiffness (rom less than 90 degrees); type of implant not associated with the study.

we expect find a decrease in pain measured by the visual analog scale in the partial-tourniquet use group.

Secondary

We tried to evaluate functional scores measured by the Oxford score and a increase in the score ind the group with less tourniquet use. ;It is estimated to assess the quality of cementation using orthogonal radiographs in search of a radiolucent lines by two independent examiners.;This involves assessing the range of motion of the joints using a goniometer, and we aim to find out differences in range of motion between groups.
