Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with interstitial lung disease according to international guidelines. Dyspnea (mMRC>1). Aged over 18 years. Being followed up and treated at the interstitial lung diseaseOutpatient Clinic of the Hospital das Clínicas da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Interstitial Lung Disease who also have dyspnea due to other causes such as heart failure, cardiac arrhythmia.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find a reduction of at least 1 point on the mMRC dyspnea scale through the mindfulness-based intervention

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find an increase of at least 15 points on the K-BILD quality of life questionnaire after the intervention
