Group 1- intervention group - patient is admitted at the hospital and sent to the ambulatory room. Infiltration at the surgery site is done with lidocaine 1% and adrenaline 1:100.000 and sodium bicarb

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: above 18 years old; both sexes; ASA I or II; Patients with carpal tunnel syndrome; synovial cist of the wrist and fingers; trigger digit; De Quervain tenosynovitis; Patients must be able to read, understand and sign the participation term
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: cognitive problem; phsychiatric desease; previous replantation; vasoespastic desorder; Buerger desease; site of injection infection; medication alergy; previous surgery; anticoagulant use; pregnancy
