| It is expected to find an improvement in performance and satisfaction in the intervention group, of goals listed by parents or caregivers compared to the control group. For this study, three goals will be identified. The first relates to performing an advanced, sports-specific gross motor activity, the second refers to attendance at a physical recreation or sporting activity, and the third refers to involvement during a physical recreation or sporting activity. These goals will be listed through the Canadian Modified Occupational Performance Measure (COPM) which is a patient-centered outcome measure. In this semi-structured questionnaire, the child and/or family rank and rank goals on a 10-point scale. | — |

| It is expected to find an improvement in the frequency and involvement of participation in the intervention group compared to the control group. This outcome will be evaluated through the Participation and Environment Measure for Children and Youth (PEM CY) which is an outcome measure for participation and environment factors of children and adolescents with disabilities in their home, school and community environments. This questionnaire comprises six different parts: frequency of participation, involvement of participation, desire to change participation, support for the environment, support for the environment and environmental resources, measured by percentage.;It is expected to find improvement in gross motor function capacity in the intervention group compared to the control group. The Challenge test measures the ability to perform advanced motor skills in walking children and adolescents with CP. The test is measured as a percentage of its total score (108 points); It is expected to find improvement in gross motor function capacity in the intervention group compared to the control group. The Gross Motor Development Test 2 (TGMD2) assesses qualitative aspects of sport-specific motor skills. The test is measured through its raw score (total 48 points).;It is expected to find an increase in power and agility in the intervention group compared to the control group. These outcomes are measured by the sprint test 10 by 5 (10 5ST) is a measure of agility (anaerobic capacity) for individuals with CP GMFCS I and II. Power is measured in watts while agility is measured in seconds.;It is expected to find an improvement in balance in the intervention group compared to the control group, measured by the Balance Assessment Systems Test for Children (Mini BESTest). This test is measured through the scoring of its items (total 32 points).;It is expected to find an improvement in physical literacy in the intervention group compared to the control group.
