19 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult and elderly individuals (age =19 years). Only individuals who agree to participate in the study by signing the Informed consent form will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with any inflammatory process; pulmonary; cardiovascular; degenerative; neurological; or rheumatic diseases; cancer; diabetes mellitus; smokers; alcoholics; pregnant women; those using medication or any type of dietary supplement in the last 4 weeks prior to data collection or those with allergies or intolerance to the intervention will be excluded

MeasureTime frame
An increase in plasma amino acid levels over time is expected following the consumption of pea protein isolate, with a kinetic profile similar to that observed for whey protein isolate
