Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Thirty specialized HIV/AIDS care services located in the state of São Paulo were included in the intervention group. They were selected based on the number of people living with HIV/AIDS identified in the Clinical Monitoring System as having gaps in the continuum of care, had never participated in specific interventions focused on monitoring the continuum of care, and had signed the informed consent form. These services belong to the Regional Health Departments of Taubaté, Ribeirão Preto, and Sorocaba. All other specialized HIV/AIDS care services in the state of São Paulo were included in the control group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Public specialized care services for people living with HIV that were invited but did not agree to participate in the intervention
