Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Users of the basic health unit with systemic arterial hypertension and / or diabetes mellitus of both sexes enrolled in the SisHiperdia program under follow-up by the primary health unit team, users aged over 18 years, individuals who are aware of the research development and who Accepted the conditions established in the work and specified in the term of free and informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with temporary residence in the neighborhood where the basic health unit is located, travelers from other neighborhoods, illiterates, children and users unable to respond to the questionnaire due to cognitive, neurological problems

Expected outcome: Quality of life by the SF36 questionnaire that presents a final score of 0 to 100 in which zero corresponds to the worst general condition regarding the quality of life and 100 that characterizes a better state. It is expected to know the quality of life of users of Hiperdia;Outcomes found: functional capacity 74.07 ± 18.710, limitation by physical aspects 60.19 ± 38.141, pain 60.5 ± 21.161, general health status 59.3 ± 13.190, vitality 62.41 ± 12.039, social aspects 73.61 ± 18,776, limitation by emotional aspects 59,22 ± 29,725, mental health 72 ± 15,171.

Expected outcome: A socioeconomic questionnaire that addresses qualitatively: civic status, presence of diabetes and / or hypertension, presence of other pathologies, physical activity, social activity, with whom he lives, how he classifies health, main concern, income and income origin. It is expected to know the profile of the group studied;Outcomes found: The sample consisted of 27 participants with mean age of 56.93 ± 10.149 years. The majority of the sample consisted of women (74%), marital status (63%), hypertension (63%), hypertension and diabetes (22.2%) and diabetes (14.8%). . The majority of the patients reported no other pathologies (59.3%), the main concern was health (59.3%), they classified their health as good (44.4%), and the income is around 1 to 4 wages Minimum (70.4%).
