Age
21 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed clinical diagnosis for Spinocerebellar Ataxia with exclusively motor impairment; adults between 21 and 64 years old; normal visual acuity (20/12 to 20/25) or close to normal (20/30 to 20/60) even with corrective lenses

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acquired neurological conditions or with hereditary forms who had comorbidities such as intellectual deficit, low vision, dystonia, epilepsy, and/or use medications that could interfere with the variables studied or that interfere with the autonomic system, such as antiarrhythmics and medications for the treatment of diabetes mellitus; Individuals who did not understand or were unable to perform the proposed activities; patients with cardiac arrhythmias and atrioventricular block, congenital anomalies such as congenital heart disease, pulmonary malformations; patients acute or chronic health conditions without sufficient manipulative ability to use a computer keyboard

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that there will be a difference in performance when acting the same task in environments with different interfaces. Thus, it is expected that the physical contact offered in the real environment favors a more efficient processing channel due to tactile feedback. In virtual tasks, the objective of the action is abstract and directed to intangible objects that can directly influence and hinder performance. The evaluation of the motor performance will be quantified by the number of hits and errors in the Move Hero games in two interfaces (with touch and without touch).
