Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Men and women; age betwen 18 and 35 years old; Practice regular resistance exercise; two to five times a week for one hour a day; No injury or trauma to the lower limbs in the last three months, which would prevent the practice of physical activity; Not having had any knee surgery; Independent and lame-free gait for 100 or more meters; No restrictions on the practice of resistance exercises; Not have uncontrolled hypertension; Do not present cardiovascular restrictions to practice physical activity; Body Mass Index below 30
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Inability to perform any of the tests. Systolic blood pressure equal to or above 160mmHg and diastolic blood pressure equal to or above 120mmHg at the time of the test or during exercise. Do not tolerate fascial manipulation or myofascial release with the roller
