Age
18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Those who are 18 or older will be included in the study; patients diagnosed with Diabetes mellitus for at least 2 years with or without arterial hypertension; have a fixed telephone line or personal cellular telephone.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: And exclusion criteria will be: to have the diabetic foot and some cognitive deficit that makes it impossible to respond directly to the instruments of collection.
